What is your cleaning procedure? 
Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. We maintain the highest standard of quality and cleanliness. If you are not fully satisfied with a cleaning, reach out to use at the beginning of your stay and we will make it right.
You’ve come to the right place. Although you have the option to book each property through online platforms like Airbnb, we recommend booking directly here to get the best rate. Please click the “Book Now” button and follow the prompts.

Unfortunately parties and events are against our policy – this is strictly enforced.

Yes, each property has free high-speed wifi for all guests. 

Yes! Feel free to send us a message on the “Contact Us” page with your preferred dates, number of guests, and desired amenities, so we can provide our suggestions. 

Please refer to specific property listing for details related to our cancellation policy as it varies.

Yes, each property has an electronic keypad allowing each guest to have their own personalized entry codes.

Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed, as our cleaning team needs time to properly sanitize and prepare the home for you. If you’d like to make a request, please send us a message through the platform where you booked your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that check-in and check-out times may vary by property, so refer to your specific listing for exact details.

As much as we love our furry friends, we do not allow them at our properties.

Check-in instructions are provided 48 hours prior to check-in and check out instructions are sent the morning of checkout as well as in the Property Guidebook.

Yes, all properties are required to have electronic door locks that are compatible with our system. Electronic door locks provide additional security by utilizing unique door codes for each stay that are only active during the duration of the stay.  

Yes! Maintenance and cleaning staff are insured. 

Your property will not only be available for guests via direct booking, it will also be listed across several popular booking channels such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.

Yes, your property may be listed on your own website but the website must direct the guest to book their stay through StayInn Locallys property management systems website. This will insure that the propertys calendar remains synchronized to prevent double-bookings.
